These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between One Wolf and our users. By using or accessing or visiting www.onewolf.eu, you agree and/or affirm to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you object to anything in these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, do not use our Website or Services.
1.DEFINITIONS
· Seller: IK Ginta Siceva
· Buyer: means the person whose Order is accepted by the Seller.
· Order: an order placed by the Buyer in accordance with the procedure described in section “making a purchase” for the delivery of one or more products.
· Agreement: Order, which the Seller has accepted as such.
· Item: a product that the Seller offers for sale on the Website.
· Item price: the price indicated on the Website for an Item, including the value added tax (VAT) and excluding shipping costs, customs fees and insurance costs.
· Purchase Price: the price indicated on the Website for an Item, including the value added tax (VAT) and the shipping costs, excluding customs fees and insurance costs.

2.MAKING A PURCHASE
To be eligible to purchase Items on this Website Buyers must:
· Be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
· Warrant that the personal information, which Buyers are required to provide when placing an order is true, accurate and current in all respects.
Buyers agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that the Buyer is not authorised to use. By using this site Buyers agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms. IK Ginta Siceva may from time to time change these Terms at its sole discretion. By using this Website after any such change(s), Buyers agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed. When a Buyer orders an Item from Website the Seller is offering to buy it for the Item price stated, subject to these Terms. The Buyer places an Order for Items from the Website by completing the online order process. Once a Buyer has placed an Order, they will receive a confirmation email from IK Ginta Siceva, acknowledging the exact details of the Order. An Agreement will be concluded by the Buyer and the Seller exclusively by means of the Seller’s acceptance of an Order from the Buyer that has been placed on or via the Website in the following manner. The Buyer has selected the Item desired in the desired style, colour and size, and has selected shipping country and shipping method, and has added the Item to the shopping bag. The Buyer has followed and completed the following steps:
· The Buyer has filled in his/her name, surname, telephone number, address details and, if the delivery address is not the same as the invoice address, the delivery address desired.
· The Buyer has checked out the order.
· The Buyer has made a full advance payment.
· The Order has been placed.
The Buyer will receive a confirmation of the Order that has been placed in an electronic manner (via email and on the Website). The Buyer can place an Order either as unregistered user or as registered user by creating an Online Account during the checkout process or by clicking on "Account" on the top right-hand corner of any page. Unless IK Ginta Siceva notifies the Buyer that their Order has not been accepted, or the Buyer has cancelled their Order in accordance with the “Shipping and Returns policy”, IK Ginta Siceva’s acceptance of the Buyer’s order and the completion of the contract between the Buyer and IK Ginta Siceva will take place when the Buyer receives an email from IK Ginta Siceva confirming the Items they have ordered. The Buyer who has created an Online Account can follow the status of the Order on his/her account page.IK Ginta Siceva must receive payment of the whole of the price for the items that Buyer order before Order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by Seller we will confirm that Order has been accepted and dispatched by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.IK Ginta Siceva acceptance of the Buyer’s Order will be deemed complete and received by the customer at the time and date of sending of the email, which time and date is specified on the email. The deemed time and date of receipt by the customer shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside IK Ginta Siceva control, the Buyer has not received that email. IK Ginta Siceva may not accept a Buyer’s order if:
· An item the Buyer has ordered is out of stock,
· IK Ginta Siceva is unable to obtain authorisation for the Buyer’s payment or,
· If IK Ginta Siceva identifies a product or pricing error. IK Ginta Siceva reserves the right to reject any offer to purchase by a Buyer at any time and at the sole discretion of IK Ginta Siceva.
If IK Ginta Siceva is unable to fulfil a Buyer’s Order following IK Ginta Siceva order acknowledgement, IK Ginta Siceva will contact the Buyer by email or telephone advising them of this. See “Delivery and Returns policy”. IK Ginta Siceva will try to keep its Website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that any Item will always be available. If IK Ginta Siceva can't supply any Item, it will release the funds being held in the Buyer’s account for the purchase. IK Ginta Siceva has taken great care to ensure that the Items on its website are presented as accurately as possible. However, colour clarity will depend upon customers’ own personal monitors and IK Ginta Siceva therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is absolutely accurate
3.PRICING
The item prices indicated on the Website are denominated in euros, are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and are exclusive of shipping costs, customs fees and insurance costs. The Purchase Price due will be indicated when the Order is placed and when the Agreement is confirmed. Purchase price includes item price and shipping costs, exclusive of customs fees and insurance costs. The Seller will be entitled to adjust the Item prices indicated on the Website from time to time without any notice being required. The Item prices indicated at the time at which the Order is placed will be deemed to be the prices that form part of the Agreement.
4.COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS
All content available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content") is the property of IK Ginta Siceva, and is protected by Latvian and international copyright laws. Neither the Content, the Trade Marks, nor any other portion of the Website may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without IK Ginta Siceva prior written consent.
5.GOVERNING LAW AND LIABILITY
Buyer’ use of this Website and any purchase by them of any Item from IK Ginta Siceva shall be governed by Latvian law and the Buyer here to submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Latvian courts. The Seller is required by law to provide an Item that meets the contract with the Buyer. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, additional or consequential damage, of any kind whatsoever, that the Buyer sustains in connection with the Agreement. Under no circumstances will any direct damage, for which the Seller is legally liable towards the Buyer, exceed the Purchase Price.
6.AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The IK Ginta Siceva will be entitled to amend these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions will be placed on the Website. The Buyer must always consult these General Terms and Conditions before using the Website. If the Buyer is unable to consult the General Terms and Conditions via the Internet, the IK Ginta Siceva will send the Buyer a copy of the most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions by e-mail.
